Returning your Equipment

The pack includes a reply-paid satchel with A & B First Aid Training’s return address. Once your course is complete, simply place the equipment inside, seal it, and drop it into any nearby mailbox—no need to visit the post office!

Self-Paced Online Learning +  Zoom-Based Practical Assessment

Once you’ve booked your Zoom First Aid course, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our online learning system. Simply follow the prompts to log in and finalise your enrolment by entering your details.

From there, you can begin the self-paced theory component at any time that suits you. Work through the content at your own pace—just make sure you’ve completed the final assessment before your scheduled Zoom session.

Your Zoom session is a 2-hour interactive workshop led by a qualified trainer. You’ll demonstrate your practical first aid skills and have time to ask questions in a supportive learning environment.

The online learning time varies depending on your experience, but we recommend setting aside up to half a day to complete it comfortably.

A stable internet connection and a Zoom-capable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam).

Zoom-Based Training & Practical Skills Assessment

Our Zoom-based training allows you to complete your First Aid and CPR assessment from the comfort of your home, while still receiving expert instruction from a qualified trainer.

Zoom is easy to use, reliable, and perfect for online learning. It allows you to join a live, interactive session where you can practice and demonstrate your first aid skills in real time.

Our experienced trainers will guide you through practical scenarios and assess your CPR and first aid techniques via Zoom.

What You’ll Need:

A Zoom-capable device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a webcam)

A stable internet connection

Camera and microphone connected so your trainer can see and hear you

Your training kit, including adult and infant CPR manikins (provided in advance)

You’ll need to position your camera so your trainer can clearly see you performing CPR on the floor.

If the link doesn’t work, click “Join a Meeting” in Zoom and enter the Meeting ID manually

Enter your name exactly as it appears on your enrolment

The trainer can only admit registered names into the session

Fast Certificate Issuance Upon Completion

Once you’ve successfully completed all course requirements, you’ll receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.
